We understand how stressful it can be to find the perfect someone who can seamlessly pick up the extra parts to help manage your time and who can fit into your unique situation. Not to mention the most important piece of all, someone who can provide the the exceptional care that your little ones need! Whether you are a family looking for the perfect fit, or a nanny or babysitter looking for your perfect family, we are here to remove the guesswork of connecting qualified care to help foster an efficient and happier household!
How It Works
Whether you are a family looking for your perfect, nanny or babysitter or a nanny or babysitter looking for your perfect family, the first step is to follow the appropriate link to fill out your application. This is the step where we start to lay the ground work of getting to know you, your family and what your specific needs are.
1.
Once you have completed the application, we will schedule a zoom meeting so that we can meet face to face and hone in on the details of what you are looking for in your potential placement. Here we will also talk about possible pay scales for your potential nanny, things to include in your household agreement, our service agreements, replacement policy and fees. At this point, we will also collect a $50% deposit, which will go towards your total balance.
For nannies, we will schedule a zoom meeting so that we can also meet you face to face. This will be a great opportunity to showcase what makes you stand out as an outstanding candidate! We will discus our service agreement and replacement policy here as well.
2.
After we have established the ins and outs of what your perfect fit looks like, we will move on with finding your nanny! We will invite you to explore from existing candidates and/or will start the search for someone new! We will work tirelessly to make sure that all of your boxes are ticked to help ensure that this is the best fit for both you and your potential nanny.
For nannies, you will have access to available jobs where you can apply as well. We will reach out individually for the positions that we are confident you will thrive in!
3.
Once a connection is made, we will arrange a time for you and your potential nanny to meet face to face. Here, you will both have the opportunity to ask each other any remaining questions that you might have.
4.
Congratulations! Now that you have successfully been matched, it's time to sign your household agreements and we will collect the final payment.
